Information you choose to provide

The contact form may collect your name, email, business or organization, phone number, organization type, service area, message, and privacy acknowledgement. Do not submit passwords, access keys, payment-card numbers, health information, or other confidential records.

How contact information is used

Bluegrass Cloud uses contact information to review and respond to inquiries, understand the requested service, and maintain a record of the conversation.

Contact-form storage and notification

Accepted contact-form submissions are stored inside WordPress. The website uses WP Mail SMTP with Brevo to attempt an email notification to an authorized Bluegrass Cloud mailbox. An on-screen confirmation means the submission was stored; it does not confirm inbox delivery.

Microsoft Bookings

If you follow the optional consultation-scheduling link, you leave this website and provide information through Microsoft Bookings. Microsoft’s terms and privacy practices apply to that service.

Service providers and access

Website hosting, WordPress components, mail delivery, security controls, and booking services may process information as needed to provide their functions. Access to stored submissions is limited to authorized users with a business need.

Retention and deletion

Bluegrass Cloud has not published a fixed retention period for inquiry records. Contact Bluegrass Cloud to ask about retention or request review or deletion of information you submitted. Applicable legal, security, and operational obligations may affect the response.

Your questions

For privacy questions or requests concerning information submitted through this website, email contact@bluegrasscloud.com.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated when the website’s forms, service providers, or information practices change.

Website analytics

Bluegrass Cloud uses Independent Analytics on bluegrasscloud.com to measure visits, popular pages, referral sources, approximate geography, and browser and device types. Analytics collection is disabled on dev.bluegrasscloud.com.

The analytics system runs on this WordPress site. It uses a visitor’s IP address to determine approximate location, then combines the IP address, browser user-agent string, and a rotating salt to create a one-way visitor identifier. The raw IP address is not stored.

Independent Analytics does not set analytics cookies or send visitor analytics to Google or another external analytics service. Analytics data is stored in this site’s WordPress database.

Analytics data is retained for one year. The visitor salt is refreshed daily, logged-in WordPress users are excluded from tracking, and analytics reports are limited to WordPress administrators.
