Common questions
A transition starts with an access, ownership, configuration, licensing, and supportability review. The resulting scope identifies prerequisites and responsibilities before changes begin.
The customer should retain ownership of business accounts, data, domains, and licenses. Bluegrass Cloud uses authorized access to perform agreed work and documents exceptions during scoping.
Inclusions depend on the service and supported environment. The agreement should name monitored systems, maintenance activities, backup scope, change ownership, escalation paths, and customer responsibilities.
Vendor coordination can be included for supported services. The scope identifies which party owns the vendor account, support contract, approvals, and final business decisions.
